1. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Campers checking in before check-in time will be charged guest fees or additional campsite fees. Campers must request a late check-out in the office. Campsites must be left clean.
2. Quiet Time: Quiet time must be observed from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. on weekdays and 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. on weekends (Friday, Saturday and holidays). Children must be in their campsite by quiet time.
3. Children: Parents are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children in the water and throughout the campground. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied to the beach with an adult. Children under 10 must be accompanied to the bathroom by an adult. Bikes are not to be ridden after dark and children are required to comply with the NH helmet law.
4. ATVs, Mini Bikes, Mopeds, Drones and Golf Carts: ATVs, mini bikes, mopeds and drones are not allowed on campground property. Weekend and transient campers are not allowed to bring golf carts on camp property.
5. Motor Vehicles: Cars must be parked at your site or designated areas only. Vehicle parking is not permitted on vacant sites. Speed Limit is 5 mph.
6. Guests: All guests must sign in at the office. Guest fees are $10 per person, per adult and $5.00 per person ages 5 to 17 years. Any camper whose guests don’t pay guest fees are subject to expulsion without refund.
7. Campsite Occupancy: Campsites are to be occupied by a single family consisting of a maximum of 2 parents and their 2 children under 18 years of age living at home. All additional persons shall pay guest fees. A maximum of 6 people allowed overnight per campsite.
8. Campsite Condition: Campsites are to be left neat and orderly. Report any problems with campsites to the office. There shall be no more than two (2) screen houses, EZ up tents, and/or car covers per site, totaling not more than 300 square feet. All tarps are to be green, brown, or white. NO BLUE TARPS shall be allowed. No camper shall be allowed to have a tarp or other covering over their roof to prevent water intrusion. All roofs must be repaired/maintained when necessary.
9. Waterfront: There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk and only within the swimming area boundaries. Fishing is allowed with a current State of NH Fishing License. Glass bottles are not permitted on the beach or waterfront areas.
10. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the restrooms, campground buildings, or at the beach.
11. Fires and Fireworks: Keep fires under control. Extinguish fires before leaving unattended. Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
12. Pets: A maximum of 2 dogs per campsite are allowed. Valid rabies certificate(s) must be presented at the office upon check-in. Pets must be picked up after. Pets must be kept quiet and confined when at your site. Dogs must be on a 6-foot leash when walked in the camping area. Dogs are not allowed on the beaches. Guests are not permitted to bring their pets into the campground.
13. Campground Property: Do not deface any campground property, cut or drive nails into trees or utility poles, or dig in the ground.
14. Dumpsters: There is a dumpster in the area near the entrance of the camping sites. Campers shall dispose of any household rubbish only at designated dumpster. Dumpster shall NOT be used for rubbish from Camper’s primary residence, job sites, etc.
15. Firewood: NH State Law prohibits out of state firewood.
16. Payments and Refunds: Site reservations are to be paid in full, in advance. Campsite payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Management reserves the right to evict, without prior notice, any camper or guest who in our judgment creates a disturbance or nuisance or deliberately breaks any of the rules. No refunds will be made in such a case. Epsom Valley Campground, its members and employees (hereinafter known as “the Campground”) are not responsible for loss of any kind, and it is mutually understood that campers and their guests hereby release the Campground and owner from any and all liability for the safety of trailer or any possessions while on the Campground property. Camper also understands that there is no security protection system in effect at the Campground and that camper assumes all responsibility and liability for their trailer and/or possessions while they are used at the Campground. The Campground is a natural environment and the Campground and owner assume no responsibility for bodily injury sustained while on the Campground property or while participating in recreational activities sponsored by the Campground staff.
17. Utility Storage: Utility trailers shall not be kept on campsite and must be stored in the campground storage area. Epsom Valley Campground is not responsible for any theft, vandalism, or damage to trailers while stored on Campground property.
